Hi, everyone. It has been three months since I came to eBay. This is also the first time I have come into contact with Internet sales. Because I don't know English, I can only rely on translation software to learn and grow slowly.
But in the past three months, I have received negative feedback from two sellers, and they are from the same country as me. Because of my careless mistakes at work, I didn't find that the items purchased by the buyers were no longer available, which made them unhappy, but I always left a message to them at the first time, apologizing. Discuss the solution, but they don't seem to accept my apology, instead they are very angry and scolded me, and they slandered and fabricated while giving me negative feedback.
I appealed twice and got the same result. They are not wrong.
So I'm thinking, am I wrong? What I understand is that we will inevitably make mistakes in this life, but we must understand each other, help, learn and grow.
Or should we not forgive a person who has done something wrong or made a mistake, a chance to explain and understand.

OP3 years agoI know, but one of the two buyers said it was fake, but he was unwilling to return the goods and asked me for a refund. I didn't agree, leaving negative feedback. The second buyer is because the purchased collection is no longer available. Leave feedback.
