ebay is unreachable
First time with a buyer who said something wasn't received despite it being delivered nearly a month ago. Is there any way to actually reach ebay? Can't connect to a chat and phone just says outside of business hours 24/7. Any ideas to deal with this nonsense?

Has your buyer actually opened an official eBay "item not received" case, or is the buyer just fishing for you to do a refund?
If the buyer is just fishing for a refund, don't fall for it -- tell the buyer to open an official eBay "item not received" case -- then you just enter the tracking number on the email that eBay sends you, and that's the end of the story: you win, and the buyer does not receive a refund.
Hope you didn't send your buyer a refund already?

·1 month agoThe buyer needs to file a case for INR. When you are contacted about the case, you respond by entering the tracking number, nothing else to do. If the buyer doesn't file a case there is nothing you can do about it at all. This is assuming tracking shows delivered.
Btw, that number is not a valid eBay number today, we cannot call ebay, we can only request a call back

·1 month agoWon't do much good to contact Ebay.
Tell the buyer to contact the carrier and find out where it was delivered.
They should have checked on it when it was scanned as delivered, not a month later.
