Advise for account restriction and suspension

Hi Everyone.
My ebay account restricted and suspended due to BBE. My transaction defect rate is 0.27%, late delivery rate 0.00% and Cases closed without seller resolution is 0.27%. There is only one and same order showing in defect and closed with seller resolution rate.
Brief about the order. Buyer place the order on 18/05/2026 and order was shipped on 19/05/2026 from India to UK through Royal Mail. But order is not delivered due to international postal delays. This was also informed to buyer on ebay message. We had reshipped the item on 10/06/2026 and informed the buyer on ebay message. Now buyer raised the Item not received complaint on ebay on 10/6/2026. we had update the tracking number to the buyer & Ebay on complaint request buyer to close the complaint. On 16/06/2026 buyer ask ebay to intervene and ebay refunded the amount to buyer. Now replacement shipment is delivered on 17/06/2026 and initial shipment is also delivered on 20/06/2026.
We had also raised the appeal to remove the case form BBE, but ebay reject the appeal.
Please advise how can be reopen our store. Please help.

·2 weeks agoOver 0.27%? There has to be more to this. Especially since there was a delivery as I would assume eBay support would remove the defect.

·2 weeks ago · EditedMy thoughts exactly. ebay just doesn't suspend sellers on a just one or two defects. If they did very few of us would be around. There probably are a number of points that have not been revealed that led to the suspension.

There is no one on these boards from ebay or has the authority to review situations.
Ebay will not see these messages.
