Urgent: Account restricted after hack - Accessibility issue, cannot use phone support
Hello, My buyer account was recently hacked. I managed to regain access, but now the account is restricted again by the automated system. I have already uploaded all the required verification documents, but the restriction is still active. I am in a big hurry because I have an active private offer that is about to expire, and I don't want to lose the item. Due to a mobility disability and the fact that I do not speak perfect English, I cannot use the phone support ("Call Us") option that the system offers. I am also stuck in an automated bot loop via email that takes 2 days to reply each time. Could a Moderator or Community Support team member please look into my case and forward it to the verification team to review my documents and lift the restriction? Thank you in advance for your help.

Neg Balance on account - did not know I sold something
I just decided to list a couple items and went through whole process, as I went to submit post it said account restricted - I needed to add payment information… I did not even remember that I had listed something a while back but then I saw that I had a negative review…when I read it I was shocked!! The person claimed I got their money and never sent the item!! I immediately remembered listing but never knew it sold!!I definitely did not get the money so I went into my messages and started scrolling…. I have made plenty of purchases since then but a dispute was also filed so I am sure the person got their money back but I went to update my payment information- never realized I needed to and my account is negative $40 and change.. I do not want to put bank info in for it to be taken and it had a date of July 6th to put in by…. Of course. What do I do?

Account Hacked
My checking account was hacked. I have a new account number from my bank, but there is no way to delete the old number and put in the new number. When my lots start closing, I will be unable to get payment for them as the checking account ebay has no longer exists. I have tired for 3 hours to find a way to contact ebay, but that is not possible. If I do not get help, my account will be closed

ebay is unreachable
First time with a buyer who said something wasn't received despite it being delivered nearly a month ago. Is there any way to actually reach ebay? Can't connect to a chat and phone just says outside of business hours 24/7. Any ideas to deal with this nonsense?

My very first item sold has been lost by the USPS. HELP!
I am so mad! This is my very first time selling on this site. The very first item I shipped out has been lost in transit after a delivery attempt where they could not access the delivery address for some reason. Now I have no item, no payment (it was my first sale, so the funds have been held by eBay), and I can not talk to anyone on this dang site. I need help, and I am going in circles. I promoted my ad, and now eBay still wants me to pay that fee after USPS lost my item? I do not think so! I have the tracking from USPS showing the delivery attempt and an email from them stating the package has been lost. I do not think I will use this site ever again, not being able to get help from anyone is killing me. Please, if you have any advice that could help, let me know.

Buyer doesn’t know how to mark item received
A buyer purchased an item from me and selected shipping but then opted to pick up the item. I refunded the purchase in the amount of the shipping label but he doesn’t know how to indicate he has received the item and I don’t know how to do that for him. Until the order is marked delivered I can’t get paid. Any advice?

New seller that feels he got treated wrong or ebay just don't read anything they are provided
I had an experience only one month after starting eBay that has me stopping all activity and pausing to think if I want to continue selling on this platform. If they cannot see how they should be backing me on this, I can't trust them to back me when the stakes are higher and the obvious side of the issue to stand behind is mine. I sold a vintage magic trick that was some oversized cards. These are large enough to be used on a stage. They are not sold with a case they come in a plastic bag from the magic stores. My listing did not mention my shipping box, the photos does not show a shipping box. Just as I was getting ready to package, I decided to dig through the older computer stuff in my garage. I found a plastic case that a Commodore 64 game was once in. I pulled the foam and inserts from that case and the cards fit great. I have now upgraded my shipping box and felt great knowing the cards would not be bent in transit. Taped the plastic box shut put the label on it and shipped it. The customer leaves negative feedback stating the the item was just what they wanted and the shipping was quick but they wanted to use the case they knew nothing about until delivery and since I used tape to seal the box they has to toss it. I nicely explain that the box was intended to be tossed it was my shipping box I used to assure the cards did not bend in transit. I explained this over and over to dead ears and he finally says let me keep the item and refund me for item and shipping in full and I will modify the feedback. WHAT? I take this as feedback extortion so I report. I get denied with ebay stating that buyer was complaining about item. I laid it out like this. No they are happy with item. You cannot tell me it is acceptable behavior to like the box used to ship the item so much you want to keep but seller used tape of all things to seal it so you could not repurpose the box. They can leave negitive feedback based on this totally unjust reason and then extort you to have it changed. I have 3 decisions all not in my favor and all obvious eBay is not reading and therefore not understanding the issue at hand. I have asked for Trust and Safety to reach out but nobody had told me they will or won't. I am afraid its principle now, this item was $20 and if eBay refuses to understand this enough to see I actually cared enough to upgrade packaging to keep item safe and the buyer is both being a bully and leaving unjust feedback I cannot see how I can trust if actually I has something of value on the line.

Show â€œUsed â€“ Very Good / Like Newâ€ Labels in Search Results
Right now, when browsing listings (especially Books, Movies, and other media), every used item just says â€œPre-Ownedâ€ in search results. To see if itâ€™s â€œVery Good,â€ â€œGood,â€ or â€œLike New,â€ buyers have to click into each listing. It would really help buyers â€” and boost sales â€” if eBay showed the full condition label (â€œUsed â€“ Very Good,â€ â€œUsed â€“ Like New,â€ etc.) right in the search results, just like Amazon does. That small change would make browsing faster, clearer, and more transparent for everyone. Thanks for considering this! ðŸ™

The problem is my store
The problem is that there are 226 products in my lists, while the store only displays the active lists, which are 83 products, meaning more than 100 products are not displayed in the store. What is the reason?
