Should Semi Trucks be Restricted to a Single Lane?
I vote YES.
They should be restricted to the far right lane and never allowed out of that lane.
They are oversized and difficult to see around and dangerous to other motorists. Additionally, you cannot see around them nor above them as they block traffic signals.
Keep them out of the passing lanes and improve safety for everyone.

OP3 years agoI would also limit semi trucks to a speed not greater than 55 and this would be accomplished through technology in the truck. Any speed in excess of 60 would be reported electronically and be at the rate of $500/hour during those speed events.
