·6 months agoDon't get it -- if you had bought your headlights at Auto Zone locally, wouldn't they expect you to return them if they were defective? I mean, they don't just accept your word for it and issue you a refund, do they?

·6 months agoThe heck are you whining about? The heck do you expect ebay to do about this?
Go to AutoZone or O'Reilly and buy some headlights......

·6 months agoAre we talking about car headlights? If there is a dire need for an item immediately, buying on eBay is not the best choice.
eBay's rules are very clear in that a seller is not required to refund until/unless he gets the defective item back.
How would you feel if you were a seller and sold me headlights that turned out to be defective. I would contact you and tell you this. You would immediately refund me or immediately replace the headlights without my returning the defective items. If you operated like this consistently, how long do you figure you'd be in business?
All eBay buyers and sellers need to read the Money Back Guarantee so that they understand how it works.
