I once bought an AC Delco oil filter for my aunt's 1975 Chevrolet Nova with a small V8 (probably 262). The oil got dirty and there was some smudging on the filter.
I've been trying to return it to the retail store where purchased since 1978.
If you're saying that you bought something on eBay that doesn't match its description, either return here with better details, or open an item not as described case with eBay.
