I'm an eBay seller and my account was under review. I was asked for proof of address and invoices. I compiled all the required documents with great difficulty, as I don't think you usually have a receipt from the store or even a simple handwritten invoice when you buy a used car part. I believe eBay accepts invoices, but they prevented me from selling any car parts, even though I was a top-rated seller in this field. The reasons given are related to security, which I don't understand. How can this be when I haven't received a single negative review on my account? Where is the risk to the consumer? Is there any way to contact eBay's risk management team? Please advise.
