·1 year agoTechnically the title you have is not “clear†title. It cannot be transferred until you pay off the loan, and the title is signed by the company that provided the financing.
i believe you can still list the car on Motors, but you have to describe the title as not clear, that it is still subject to financing and how you plan on getting a clean title for the buyer. You should contact your financing company to get details on what they will require.
It’s important to note, obtaining clean title for your buyer will involve considerable delay after you’ve finalized the sale.
