It is not you. There seem to be problems with browsing cars by era, or using the Vehicle Find tool lately.
You can report issues with searches by using the "Tell us what you think" link on the search results page to provide feedback to eBay page developers.
As a workaround, try searching by keyword, then using the search filters on the left side of the search results to choose the years. To browse the whole category, try searching using the category name as your search keywords.
I like to search for a specific model year range, but cannot seem to access all years. Rather, ebay gives me a list of 10 or so model years to choose from.
If you are searching for a specific vehicle, the filters on the left side of the search results will show you options of current listings, making it hard to set up a general search if there are none of those model years currently available without fiddling with the search URL manually. Normally the Vehicle Find tool can handle that, but it seems to be problematic lately.
Try starting from my link above and see if you can modify that search to get what you want.
