Ebay Forcing Free Returns on New Parts
Has anyone noticed that their amount of returns has gone up since eBays free returns on new parts? A rep told me when they were rolling it out that yes returns will go up but sales will too. Sales have not gone up but returns definitely have. I have gotten a lot of changed mind returns lately and its starting to cost money. Yes I know they eat half the shipping label but it seems like every other day I am getting a return for changed mind. Does anyone know a way around this return policy.

·7 months agoyes we are experiencing the same problems are returns on car parts are 1 in 5 if not more right now with the auto return policy . The fitment they are providing must be wrong ? we get the excuse of does not fit or just don't like it most often. We are not happy with the new system

Delist everything from ebay, and list it on a cash-only marketplace instead, like Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace.
