Difficulty reaching buyer to confirm and complete his shipping arrangements.
On Nov 21, 2024 I sold a motor on ebay. On Nov 22 I contacted buyer by phone and he told me he would arrange same-day shipping. Buyer's money is sitting at eBay. My last phone call to buyer (Nov 27) went unanswered. Please advise.

Not sure how you would ship it through USPS?
