cannot add a vehicle to my garage - new vehicle
I'm trying to add my vehicle to My Garage.
I entered my VIN and I get an error "No Matches Found"
What exactly is it trying to match? There shouldn't be a miss match on a database, the dealer site allows me to register this VIN on their web site.
I double-triple and quadruple checked the data entry and its correct.
I gave up on VIN, so then I used my California License Plate.
Same error! "No Matches Found"
I confirmed here too many times.
I had to revert to make and model. Its a 2026 EV car I bought in May of this year.
I've had plates since June.
Any ideas? Can someone from EBAY tell me what's going on?
