Annual Harley Toy Run 2024 Myrtle Creek Oregon
We recently had the annual Toy Run on the 15th, and I took lots of pictures.
Since it's that time of the season, I thought I'd post some small-town pics.

If you are a biker you will appreciate this story ... early in my working career I was with a machine design engineering firm as a draftsman - detailer and was assigned to a 2 week project at Harley Davidson's old York, PA plant. I reported to the Engineering manager. Harley was changing from their inventory manufacturing to on demand bike model production. It was a fun project since I road at the time (a Honda not a Harley) but one of the cool things was I walked through their bike display room everyday on my way back to the engineering department. During WWII Harley made 500 LBS brass shell casings for artillery rounds at that plant. That part of the production facility was sectioned off from the rest of the plant and NOT available for the public to see but the Engineering manager took me back to see it one day over lunch, truly impressive!

OP1 year agoNo, I'm not a biker, just a fan. Sort grew up with a Harley rumble before school every morning, now there's an alarm clock!
My father and brother both rode Harleys and my dad taught me to ride, but I think I enjoy the comfort of my SUV more at my age.
Still like to look at them! Very interesting story...

That Toy Runs looks like a lot of fun! For myself when I rode I preferred warm weather LOL! The nice thing here in PA is once you get your cycle license it automatically renews whenever you renew your driver's license.
