2011 Black Honda Accord
My wife found a vehicle for $1000 on facebook marketplace and the person said the same thing that I just found on here from 2017. Selling vehicle cause my son died 2 months ago from a bike accident, the car belonged to my son and it brings me bad memories and thats the reason I want to seel it. The car is in eBay Custody at thier shipiing company. My wife felt bad but glad she decided to go on ebay and check things out and found a message from 10 yrs ago about the same info.

·2 years agoFacebook is offering a big prize for the one-billionth report of a vehicle scam on their site, so yes let them know because they really really care about scams on the site.

It was a scam ten years ago (and longer), and it's STILL a scam.
Facebook Marketplace is NOT eBay -- the two companies are NOT connected in ANY way.
If you find a deal at WalMart, does a WalMart employee tell you to buy the same item for the same price at Target?
Of course not -- that would be stupid.
Please help eBay stamp out Facebook Marketplace stupidity -- don't fall for FM scans!

Ebay has NOTHING to do with sales and purchases that originate on other sites.
