Fedx doesnt doesn't except responsibility when pictures prove their error
Fedx delivered my item and took pictures of a random house when I live in a apartment, they refused to expect respondsblity for their mistake when they have picture proof it was delivered to a house not a apartment

·4 days agoYes! Wrong address, super close photo without evidence of where it was, and local office admitted it was their fault. Out $50. FedEx economy. Endless back and forth with overseas refund system. I think it’s been almost a year. Just told over and over again they’re working on it…but FedEx home/ground broken in transit claim went smoothly.

·4 days agoAre you sure the tracking number is tied to your address? Call fed-ex and find out. I'm in a simular situation and am pretty sure I got scammed for $230. The only response I get from Ebay AI is saying not refund eligible because it was delivered, so it's a fed-ex issue. Fed-Ex won't help because my address is not tied to the tracking number. If that doesn't scream scam I don't know what does. I'm frustrated and here to commiserate.
