I have tried over and over again. Iv even called eBay.
apparently you need an iPhone 10 at least.
i guess I’m forced to buy elsewhere.
I buy and sell a lot on eBay it’s such a shame.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using? You need at least iOS 16 to be able to use the app.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
