Why does my eBay app on my apple iPhone not let me send me a message to seller from a purchased item
I am able to send a message to a seller that I purchased from on my computer. But not on my iPhone.

...click on photo item sold you purchased...clink into 'more actions' and you will see 'contact seller'.

·6 months agoI’m having trouble sending a message to a seller AND completing a return. I can start the return, but doesn’t let me complete it.

·6 months agoI have the same problem. Don’t always have the report missing item function either. Was able to message from browser app but now that just diverts to the app and won my load. Had to delete the app just so I could message!

If eBay browser links are opening in the app, there is a way to disable that without deleting the app.
For iOS users, tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "do not open in the app".
For Android, go to device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links and choose "do not open in the app".
Going forward, eBay browser links should open in your browser as you expect.
