Where is the older compatible app ?
I’ve been using eBay for 30 years but now I’m locked out because my new phone is too old. Shame on you eBay.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com or ebay.co.uk instead.

·4 months agoI have the same issue. I have an iPhone XR that is 9 years old and it does not support the eBay app anymore. I can't afford a new phone ;(
