"Upload photos from mobile app" not working

I am trying to create listings. When I choose "Upload photos from mobile app," my phone gets a notification from the eBay app on my phone, as expected. When I click on that notification, it opens the eBay app, but all I see is a spinning circle indicating it is trying to load something. (See below.) I have waited several minutes and nothing happens. I am using the latest iOS and I have confirmed that the eBay app has permission to access all photos and my camera. I have rebooted my phone and re-installed the eBay app.

Any suggestions?

Hi @grahamers1. When you open the App and go to drafts does it work correctly?
