For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
My first suggestion @klingsorn is to update Google Play. You're on an April 1 version but doing a quick search it looks like May 15 is the latest version.
I'd also check to see if your device supports an update to your Android 12 version as that looks like it may be out of date? I don't know what device you're using and whether it will support the last update which was:
