If you're trying to say the app needs to be updated, then go to app store (apple) or google play (android) and update to the latest version.
The eBay app requires iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later.
If you're using an older operating system and can't upgrade your device, you can still access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
