Unable to update app

Unable to update appDespite trying many times. As a result to access eBay which is a shame as Iâ€™ve been using eBay for decades. eBay really need to look into this because not everybody has a brand-new phone and they will loose customers.

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

People don't need the app to access Ebay, just use the web browser and go to the web site.

You can always access eBay through your devices web browser.
