the App on the iPhone and iPad is v6.247.0 the iPhone and iPad are v26.3.1
When selecting more options, contact seller you get the ‘customers are asking’ page, then click on ‘still heve questions’ Contact Seller link, just returns to the product page ‘item details’
This is repeatable.
i had to use my PC browser to contact the seller about my missing item, which does pop up the correct message box.

·5 months agoYeah, it is broken on my iOS app as well. It makes it very hard to contact the seller about a local pickup!
Also, it looks like they are changing how to make best offers by trying to fix the increments. This also feels like a bug.

What operating system version? What app version number?
Make sure your operating system supports the latest version of the eBay app, and that you actually have the latest version of the app. Try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the app.
If that does not help, use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead. You may have to disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app automatically or else uninstall the app.
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.
