Turn off eBay live
I don’t want this garbage. You’ve ruined the app. I want my home feed back or I’m done with eBay after 27 years.
The ability to discover items based on my previous buying and browsing has turned up some real gems over the years. You’ve ruined it. Absolutely destroyed this app with this utter garbage. If I wanted to browse tv shopping channels I’d be perfectly capable of doing so. I don’t want or need junk selling con men in my auction app.
Until this is gone, I’m done.

·5 months agoI agree. Full of low class trash sellers. Like a bad flea market. I would never buy anything from these low class sellers.

The app is problematic for a lot of users (including app crashing) because of eBay Live autoplay. My hope is this weekend's app update will fix it. Try to hang in for a couple more days and use the web browser for now until the next app update launches - or use the app, but tap the "My eBay" icon on the bottom of the screen to switch tabs and access more of what you're looking for.
I also suggest submitting feedback to eBay - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.

·5 months agoWhen I open the Android version of the app, it typically shows me the last page I looked at.
If I wind up on the main page with the live stream, I can get to my feed by tapping My eBay at the bottom, then Saved, then Feed.

OP5 months agoNope. It’s changed on iPhone. My EBay IS eBay live. You have to scroll down for ages and if you accidentally press on one of them you’re stuck in the auction and have to battle to get out of it

On my Android phone, using the My eBay icon at the bottom of the screen takes me to a text-only menu without any graphics or livestreams where I can choose other pages such as Watch List, Saved, Buy Again, Purchases...
