·3 weeks agoThere are many recent complaints about the iOS version of the eBay app and the My eBay screen in particular being nonresponsive, so I do not think the issue is your touch screen.
What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.
