Unable to sign in to my eBay account . I have deleted the app and reloaded it

but still cannot sign in can you please help.

Can you sign in successfully using a mobile browser?

If you have not already done so, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version again. The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
