Send offers to eligible buyers is missing
the send offers to eligible buyers is missing from my task list on my app on my phone. it was there this morning as i had 3 to send and then disappeared around noon today. I went on my iPad and I now have 11 to send but my phone shows nothing. I went and updated the app and it’s still not there. Anyone know how I can get that back? after I did the update there was a thing at the bottom of the seller hub that said “opportunitiesâ€. Is this a new feature and the new way to send offers?

·1 year agoI noticed they removed the number from the "Send Offers - Eligible". Now one has to click on the button to check to see how many are eligible. Why?

If you haven't already, shake your phone while the app is open. That'll pop up a screen where you can tap to file a tech report.
Add comments saying Listings eligible to send offers are missing from the Tasks list on your app Selling overview page so you can no longer see how many listings are eligible for sending offers, or when new listings are eligible.
I don't know if this change is intentional or a bug, but either way filing the report will get feedback to eBay's product developers.

·1 year agoI'm so over eBay constantly changing things that are not broken!!!! Why mess with offers placement?? Why are we all seeing diff stuff? My offers disappeared yesterday under the tasks tab and hasn't reappeared. I use it ALL the time. Who is in charge over there??

OP1 year agoYes so frustrating. I also used the send offers tab all the time every day multiple times a day. mine still hasn’t come back. under the new “opportunities†tab it has Listings I can send offers to, but in that list are items that have sold long ago. I had to go back in my current listings to make sure those weren’t added. They weren’t but they’re still showing that I can send offers to. Kind of scary.

·1 year agoOn my app, they removed offers, and added a new section called "Opportunities". It's terrible. Not only am I now stuck sending offers as percentages off (again), but say you have 5 listings you can send an offer for, but only do 3. Well the entire Opportunities section disappears after you send an offer and shows back up randomly later on.

·1 year agoWeird. If you haven't already, shake your phone while the app is open to report 'send offers eligible' is missing from your tasks list on the app.

·1 year agoDone! Hopefully they fix that soon, I liked seeing the number of watchers go up, gives me a good indication of traffic to my store.

·1 year agoIts a bit easier if you use the filter here:
Click send offers eligible.
Then you will have the list of active listings that have or would benefit from sending offers. (the same ones the message would tell you about)
I'm assuming there is something similar for the App. But I don't use the App, as I hate it for selling.

From your active listings page, look for the actions button at the top and select send offers. For non-variation listings you should also see a send offer banner above each individual listing.
For what it's worth, I still see "send offers to buyers" under "tasks" on the main selling page. I updated my app today to version 6.206.0 and I'm on iOS 18.
