Sellers return address
Hello, I am approving a return from a buyer. When I go to confirm my address (for return) is not taking my new address I am the seller and cannot confirm the return for the buyer until my correct address is there. Any help?

·2 years agoDid you update your new address in your account or are you just trying to change it in the return?

OP2 years agoThanks for your reply.
I change it on the returns page to reflect the same as ship from address in my settings. But still when going to the return co to yea to ask me to approve the incorrect address and would not let me change it.
