Saved searches - unable to access on iOS app

My saved searches are not accessible on the iOS app. I have two different devices, and I’m not able to access my saved searches on the app on either of them. If I login on a browser, I can access my saved searches, just not on the app.

Same here. Tried contacting Ebay multiple times. I was told that they will take a look at that. Its ben 2 weeks now. Missed so many items. Bad for me. Bad for eBay.

Hi @jackson_monica. Would you mind sharing more details as to what's happening when you try to look at saved searches within the app?

@elizabeth@ebay has this been looked into yet? I have the same problem @jackson_monica detailed above; my saved searches in the app disappeared over a week ago, and I get the "Oops" message shown in a screenshot in this thread. I make almost all of my purchases using the saved searches, and therefore haven't bought anything in over a week.

Hey Elizabeth,

Thereâ€™s been no change to this glitch on my endâ€”still getting the â€œoopsâ€ message when I try to look at saved searches in the app. (Btw, it will let me look at saved sellers, but not saved searches.) Itâ€™s fine if you guys are still working on this, but could you just let us know that? Right now it feels like weâ€™re shouting at the wind, with no idea if anyoneâ€™s hearingâ€¦

Please provide a status update!! This issue has been ongoing for over 3 weeks!! Those of us who shop from our Saved Searches are missing out, sellers are missing out on sales, and eBay as a company is missing out. ðŸ¤·â€â™€ï¸ Please provide an update regarding an ETA for resolution of this issue!!

Devices - iPhone 8 & iPhone XR (both AT&T)

iOS version - 16.2 (both devices)

App version - 6.91.0.3674 (both devices)
