Reload, Reload, RELOAD!

Is anyone else getting this message lately when scrolling? I can't even scroll through the listings in my ebay w/ out getting the reload triangle message.
yes, I uninstalled the app, restarted my mobile device and reinstalled the app, same reload message.
only happening on mobile android devices, not my desktop.

No, your active listings are in your eBay account, not just on your phone. Once you sign back in to your account, all your active listings will be there.

Still an Ongoing Problem
Reload error
Network error
Token Error
Spoke with help desk a week ago . Told to wait 72 hours. Called back today , as this is still an ongoing problem. After an hour on the phone , being transferred to 5 different representatives. The best answer they could come up with was us the desktop site . Not the app. They will create another ticket .
I had already cleared the cache, cookies,browser history. Un-installed and reinstalled the app. Shut phone down and started it back up . None, of which, made a difference . 😵💫

You can also use a mobile browser to reach ebay.com on your phone, if you either delete the app entirely or disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the nonworking app.
Un-installed and reinstalled the app. Shut phone down and started it back up .
If you have not already done so, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart must be in between the uninstall and the reinstall to ensure a clean install.

·4 months agoI am getting the same thing. Today is March 29, 2026. It's been happening for a few weeks. I have deleted and reinstalled. Restarted my phone, etc. super annoying. I can't scroll through my listing without getting the error and then I have to start over. I have a Google pixel 9 XL phone and the latest eBay app. Anyone get a solve yet? Cmon eBay we need a patch.

Until there is a patch, either disable the automatic redirection to the app for eBay browser links, or else delete the app, and then use a mobile browser to go to ebay.com instead of using the app.

·4 months agoThe ebay.com site is working for me using a mobile browser in both mobile mode and in desktop mode.
If the eBay app is not working for you those are two alternatives that may work better if all you have is a phone.

OP4 months agoHere it is a month later and I'm still constantly getting reload notifications after deleting and reinstalling the app.
I can't even scroll through a dozen of my own listings w out getting this message.
I'm also getting 'internal error' messages just scrolling through general listings I'm searching.
Is anyone else having this issue???

I have not noticed that problem when searching and scrolling through results using the eBay app version 6.245.0.2.
What version number of the eBay app are you using?

Same glitch persists.
