just a quick message about the eBay app, have been an eBay member for over 15 years now, and have the partial refund tool, tried to refund a buyer through the eBay app as the byer returned the items used and damaged, the app asked me for pictures, so took photos as relevant proof of the return condition. i have the 50% refund tool, but as i processed the pictures etc the app did not allow the partial refund tool and went straight to a case. thought that was very odd!! later i find out you cannot actually use the eBay app for partial refunds !!! as you can guess i was pretty shocked and felt very let down by eBay. has anyone else had this happen ? as now lost £93.00

·2 months agoTo deduct 50%, I think you have to offer free returns or be a TRS with 30 days returns, and you're neither.
