Refunds over Ebay App
Hi all, I used to be able to send refunds over the Ebay app but now this has vanished. I can only do it on my laptop through the seller page which is highly inconvenient. Is there a way to allow the Ebay app to send refunds/partial refunds on orders once again? Thanks!

I checked on my android 6.184 and i noticed i had to scroll the menu a bit as it was hidden. Can you see if yours scrolls? Screenshot from android

OP1 year agoAndroid on a Samsung S23 - its the latest app version 6.184.0.3. I tried resintalling and updating but it made no difference. Normally the refund option appeared under "Order actions" for an order. I am shocked this was removed because it is an essential feature. Sadly, the browser is very hard to use on my phone so I would like to send refunds through the ebay app as I used to.

·1 year agoOK I messed around to see what I could find. I generally avoid anything involving buyer refunds on the app.
When you open the order details there's a big button across the bottom of the screen.
Unshipped orders say "get shipping label" and shipped orders say "manage shipping" and the right corner of that big button is a down arrow. Click the down arrow and scroll to the bottom of the list of actions and you should see "send refund."

·1 year agoAre you on iOS or Android - which version of the app are you using?
Keep in mind you can always use a browser on your phone/tablet and don't have to use your laptop if that's too inconvenient.
