Purchase options vanish!
Have up-to-date iPad (9th Gen model), still running last iOS version (18.7.3) by choice to not get worst mobile OS Apple has ever released. For whatever glitchy reason, it seems like with every other eBay app update lately, which I typically install within a day or two after releases, i'm repeatedly seeing an issue with only the iPad version that I don't experience on my iPhone 13 (also on iOS 18):
When I open items from either my my watchlist or even just a current search, all purchase options, whether to bid, buy it now, or even just add to cart, are completely missing! Not grayed out, but just that whole purchase part of the item listing page fails to appear as I scroll down. I have already tried troubleshooting with device restarts, and even deleting and reinstalling eBay from the App Store, but the purchase options still missing as I try multiple times to re-launch the iPad app.

You say you have tried restarts and uninstalling and reinstalling the eBay app.
Have you tried uninstalling the app/restarting/re-installing the app, in that specific order? The restart in between should ensure a clean install.
If that does not help, app issues can be reported by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.
