Poor customer service from the seller and eBay.
Ordered from these people on eBay it’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard anything. No update or response to the 50 messages I’ve sent them. Don’t buy from their store try autoparts82. They are a much better store that doesn’t constantly drag their feet on everything.

·1 year agoIf you don't receive what you ordered by the last estimated date of delivery noted in the order details, you can open an item not received Money Back Guarantee case through the listing.
eBay doesn't require sellers to communicate or send you tracking information.

As a seller I would have cancelled your order and refunded. Then I would have reported you to for harassment.
Sellers are not required to respond to messages.
This is Sunday. Many sellers dont work on the weekends.
The item you bought had an estimated delivery date. That should be your only concern after you purchase.
1 day after that date file a Not Received case if you dont get the item.

OP1 year agoFor your information I ordered my item on the 13th. That’s gives them 3 days to ship the item before the weekend. I could care less what you would have done because you aren’t the seller. I’ve watched this sellers rating decrease 2 percent over the past week.

·1 year agoThe more you message-bomb, the more you’re likely going to be ignored.
Some sellers are great communicators, some aren’t. Just like in a shopping mall or flea market you’re going to get different versions of customer service because people are all different.
You were given a range of estimated dates for delivery. Unless that last date for delivery is tomorrow, you’re getting way too excited way too soon. You have avenues for pursuing a refund if your item doesn’t arrive by that date. Go take a walk or have a cup of tea and let your seller do their thing.
Expect other sellers to see your post and put you on their blocked buyers list.
