Photos won’t load, just keeps crashing
App is completely up to date as is my mobile phone. Can’t load photos in bulk otherwise it crashes and I have to close the app and start again. The only way I can load photos is individually. This has been for like this for about four days.

OP3 weeks agoSo this issue has started up again. I’ve updated the app again and I still can’t load photos. I will try deleting and reloading the app but its getting more than annoying

OPJul 10, 2026 at 7:36 AMThanks, it’s very annoying to be honest. I also turned my phone on and off. This seems to have worked as I’m able to load photos again. However this issue has been on and off now for four days.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling the app does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app or disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app and then use a browser to reach eBay instead.

OPJul 9, 2026 at 9:34 PMNope still having the same problems. I’ve managed to report the issue through the app shake method so we shall wait and see. This is how I run my business so this lack of access is quite debilitating
