Oops! Something went wrong
Hello, my desktop app is fine, however when I use my mobile I receive a pop-up message saying "Oops! Something went wrong" after selecting my Home/My eBay. Anyone else experiencing this pop-up?

There is currently an issue with the selling screen of the eBay app. Try using a browser to manage your selling until there is a new app update that works.

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach eBay instead.

·Aug 15, 2026 at 1:54 PMI have been having the same issue since last night. When I go to selling to see details it says exactly the same thing. I restarted phone, then uninstalled and reinstalled, still same issue. Desktop is fine. Never have had any issues with app before. Just curious if you have android or iphone? I'm android.

·Aug 15, 2026 at 2:07 PM@uniquefindsmi If you scan these boards you will find that you are not alone. Many, many people continually have issues with the mobile app. It's been this way from the beginning.
Hence my statement below. You are only going to have issues now and then with the mobile app.
