- I suggest deleting the app.
- Make sure your operating system is updated to the latest version.
- Reboot your phone.
- Make sure you're connected to wifi, not mobile data. Then download the eBay app again and see if it works.
If it keeps crashing, you may need to use the web browser until the problem is fixed.
If you're able to log in I suggest shaking the phone while the app is open, before it crashes, and filing a tech report. Another way to file a report is click the ? icon on the lower right corner of the website from your browser.
