New Apple update is not allowing tracking to be inputted manually
The app will not let you manually input tracking information. It’s saying that the camera is unavailable why multiple apps are open, and I only have the eBay app open. I think this has something to do with the new update from yesterday.

·3 weeks agoWhat operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling the app does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app or disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app and then use a browser to update tracking instead.

OP1 week agoSorry for the late response, powered it off and powered it back on after the update and now everything works fine.
