My EBay app stopped working. **bleep**
I’m using an iPhone 7. The app worked this morning.. I can’t update my iOS to 16. eBay please help.

·2 years agoThought about getting the new phone with that '$1000. off' offer.
And this is why I decided not to and threw the card offer away yesterday.
I use my iPhone to get 'express payouts' if needed on my iPhone if I don't have enough on my debit card for the night out with the guys while in the bar with the guys.
So, of all those apps on your iPhone whether old or new...guess which one uses the most space of all apps on your cell phone...eBay!
Thus, maybe getting rid of other apps totally might help...but I never did that yet.
So far, my iPhone still works....sometimes it does go a little darker in reading it when I use it too much.

·2 years agoIf your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app and you cannot update your operating system, it should still be possible to use a mobile browser to go to ebay.com or ebay.co.uk and use eBay that way.
If eBay browser links are opening in the app automatically, iOS users should be able to tap and hold an eBay browser link and select "don't open in the app" to prevent that from happening. Android users need to go to the device Settings: Apps: eBay: Open by default: Open supported links and select "don't open in the app".
