You won't be able to update your app @willowbrook77 because iPhone 7 can't upgrade past iOS 15 which is not compatible with the eBay app. Actually, it's not just eBay. A friend of mine recently upgraded their iPhone 7 because they had 4 different apps no longer compatible with that old operating system. Not even sure if Apple will release any more security updates for iOS 15 or if it's at the end of the line.
For older systems running iOS 15, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
