Mobile app not available
Dear customer support team,
I have been using the eBay app for almost 2 years now on my latest device. Suddenly it's no longer available, nor could I do any update or similar.
Could you look into this for me please?
Since my device is relatively new and all the other apps are working fine, I don't understand why also not eBay. I currently use a Doogee S89Pro with more then sufficient ram and android 12.

What version of the eBay app do you currently have?
If you are unable to get the latest version (6.247.0.1), make sure you have the latest version of Google Play Services and Google Play Store:

If you are still unable to use the eBay app, try using a mobile browser to reach ebay.com or ebay.de instead.

OP6 months agoCurrently no app on mobile. Since the last one shut down. I tried clearing the chace in my Google services an all possible ways trough developer mode on my phone. Tried to contact the app developers only to be bounced here.
Will try to contact eBay.de directly
