Messaging sellers not working after latest update in iPhone
After updating to the latest app release I’m no longer able to message sellers. I’m able to type 1 line of text then the app does not scroll to show more text typed. Working fine before update 😡

If you are using the iOS version of the app and having problems, try using a browser instead to contact your sellers. You may have to disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app automatically by tapping and holding such a link and then selecting "do not open in the app".
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.

OP5 months agoThanks for your reply but this does not help as I wish to use the app which was fully functional before the update.
Shake to report issues is enabled in the app and hey guess what, that does not work either.
I’m sure the app developers will resolve the issue
