I did indeed give some negative feedback as there was a "how are we doing poll" among the live feed tiles. I am mostly desktop and business account that buys and sells(a little) industrial MRO type products, so the live junk blocking up my home screen is 1000% inapplicable to my use. Hopefully they'll hear us out on this.
The app is problematic for a lot of users (including app crashing) because of eBay Live autoplay. My hope is this weekend's app update will fix it. Try to hang in for a couple more days and use the web browser for now until the next app update launches.
I also suggest submitting feedback to eBay - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
On the web:
Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
Iset up saved searches and check my Email to see if anything I'm looking for pops up. I can mostly avoid the eBay page and those offensive Live ads that way...........................
