Live activities
Having recently experienced live countdowns to some of by bids I have come to notice that even after you pay, the island on top of iPhone stays there with the timer at zero and no way of getting rid of it. Can we sort this please?

·8 months agoMake sure you're using an up to date iOS 18.7.2 or iOS 26 @19michael_bailey86 . Apple will give you the choice. Then force a restart of your phone.
If still having problems after that, turn off Live Activities under your app settings for now and file a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.
