List an item bar
Hi!  I recently have this blue bar now when looking at my active orders on bottom of screen  Is there a way to remove it?  It makes it harder to look at my information. Thank you.Â

·1 year agoWhich operating system and version are you using and which app version are you using? Have you tried rebooting your device?

On iOS 18.4 with eBay app 6.202.0.3 I'm not replicating your issue.

I do see the blue list an item button but it's not at the bottom of the screen. It's about midway through the initial Selling screen. Just above that when I click the Orders box, it takes me to my Orders page where the blue list an item button does not appear.

OP1 year ago16.203.0.2. I just downloaded new app I’m guessing there’s the issue. I was trying to fix something so deleted app and reinstalled.  Now have this annoying bar on active screen.Â

·1 year agoI'm on iPhone, too. If you haven't rebooted your phone yet, try that.

If you still have problems after rebooting, file a tech report.
Â
Options:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.
