Keep getting internal error on App
Very frustrating. Really started to notice this over the weekend. It makes searching useless. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app and that didn't work. Also tried restarting my phone. Anyone else having problems?

·6 months agoSame here. Ours started on Friday 2/13/26. Ebay is give us the run around saying they can't replicate the issue on their endand asking all kind of information about our devices. They want make model and the such. I also just had to send a screenshot of the error like I was lying and have nothing better to do than argue with eBay all day

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.
If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
