This app is a scam. I posted my baby’s crib bouncer and bottle warmer onto this app and the bouncer was sold. Everything was good until it came down to me getting my money. First the app logged me out and wouldn’t allow me back in. Then once I got back into the app my money was available but I can’t make any payouts until I REDO all my information. After doing so it then tells me I must complete the criteria in order to get the money they owe me. This will take up to 15 days. Even though I was supposed to been have my money. It’s been a month since I sold the jumper. No money and no way to contact eBay customer service other than a **bleep** robot. This app sucks and I want my money.

·4 months ago@bigbos30 Aren't you a lovely person. You have no idea what you are doing, no clue that new and infrequent sellers have holds on their payments for 30 days because you did not do the responsible thing to actually take time to learn how things work. You say it has been a month, but the account you are posting under was registered on April 17 so I doubt it has actually be a month.
I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully, though, once eBay gives you your money, they will ban you from selling because, with an attitude like that towards people who are trying to help you, no buyer needs to deal with you.

I did not see anything sold on the OP's account, doubt if they even shipped anything and then wants money from eBay.
Agree with you that the OP should not be selling anything on eBay.

·4 months agoFrankly, I hesitated to respond after seeing the way you've reacted to people who tried to offer help, but here goes:
1. ALL new sellers will have their payments held up to 30 days. An eBay rule.
2. Sunday eBay suffered a system-wide glitch. Don't know whether or not this impacted your situation, but you might want to keep that in mind as a possible cause of your issue.
3. Am sure this has to be very upsetting for you; however, none of us here are responsible for your problem, which actually is not a problem at all, it's just the way eBay works for new sellers. When you read about how selling works, maybe you missed the information about payment holds for new sellers.

but it DOES get "easier" once you're out of "probation".
I guess just do what they are requiring and at least get your money.

OP4 months agoNo **bleep** **bleep**. I wouldn’t think to follow the instructions that are given to me to get my money. Nooo I’ll just send the **bleep** product off and not do my part. YES EVERY STEP WAS FOLLOWED.

·4 months agoI don't think that is a permanent way things work...
and I don't remember having any holds over my money once they had my info.
Once I breeched the requirements for a new seller...
I only have to wait 24 hours until my money clears into my account.
It's frustrating but not permanent

OP4 months agoIf I had the brain capacity of you and ya momma yes. But every step was followed and completed if you can’t give my money follow ya middle finger and choke on it.
