iOS eBay app is broken. Text box on “create a listing†page is missing
I have always listed all my items using my phone since it’s so easy with the built in camera, (I don’t even have access to a “computer†most of the time), but a week or so ago the text box at the top of the create a listing page is just a blank space. Is someone working on fixing this? I’ve deleted the app (twice), restarted the phone and reloaded the app (twice) with no luck “fixing†the bug.

·1 year agoI have the same issue , called eBay multiple times and they said they never heard of this issue from anyone else and that my iPhone is not working properly. Called Apple , they said it’s 100% eBay’s issue when some features in the app are not working.

·1 year agoThe box missing from the top is an error. I'm not replicating that problem on my app using the business listing tool.
File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.

OP1 year agoThe problem occurs if you have zoom / larger text turned on. Setting to default “fixes†it. This is a bug with either iOS or the app. Never happened before. I need zoom / larger text turned on.
