iOS 15 support lostâ€¦

I made 2 purchases for my mother a few days ago. Now when I try to use the app Iâ€™m forced to update it. I canâ€™t update it my phone does not support iOS 16â€¦ You are losing a frequent customer due to unnecessary updatesâ€¦.

If your device has iOS 15 you should still be able to get a version of the app that will run on your device

Delete your ebay app
Go to the App Store, search for ebay
When you download it you will see this alert, tapping download should allow you to get a version that will run on your device.

If your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app and you cannot update your operating system, it should still be possible to use a mobile browser to go to ebay.com or ebay.co.uk and use eBay that way.

If eBay browser links are opening in the app automatically, iOS users should be able to tap and hold an eBay browser link and select "don't open in the app" to prevent that from happening.
